Future Buckeyes excel led by Lyle, McClain, Noland, St. Clair and Boggs
After every weekend during the football season Bucknuts wraps up the weekend that was in high school football focusing on those who will continue their careers playing for the Buckeyes.
The Buckeyes have 23 commitments total for their 2024 recruiting class, four for their 2025 class and one for their 2026 class. Many of those 28 total commitments were in action over the weekend.
There were some outstanding performances and some big wins for the teams several of the Ohio State commitments played on including running back Jordan Lyle, safety Jaylen McClain, quarterbacks Air Noland and Tavien St. Clair and wide receiver Jayvan Boggs.
Cocoa (Fla.) (WR Jayvan Boggs – 2025) defeated Dunnellon (Fla.) 35-0. Boggs had a big game with 7 catches for 133 yardsaveraging 19 yards a reception.
