Four-star WR Joshua Moore is committed to Florida, although he is still in talks with two other universities.
“It was quite thrilling. Moore stated, “I still think I made the right choice. “It seems familiar. They’ve been honest and sincere with me, treating me well.”
A big factor in UF’s victory was their bright future at quarterback.
“Really a big factor in that choice was DJ Lagway,” he stated. “They have a dog at quarterback and they had a general.” When I went up there for the formal visit, I got to know him.”
He hasn’t fully ruled out recruiting offers from other schools, even though he is secure in his choice to commit to the Gators.
“I wouldn’t say it’s closed off,” stated Moore. There is still an entire season still to play. However, as of
Moore, a 6-foot-4, 205-pound playmaker, was considering Miami and Florida State before making his summer decision. Those two schools are still in contact with him.
“All of the other schools, they’ve just really got to beat out UF,” he stated. “Their receivers need to post far better numbers—not simply win on the pitch, since that doesn’t really mean anything. Their receivers need to appear much better. academic schedule in addition to everything else. only the receivers’ production.”
Ron Dugans, the wide receivers coach at FSU, is still in contact with the South Florida star.
“Me and [Ron] Dugans, we’ve just been kicking it,” Moore stated. “You’re keeping an eye on me, asking how camp and summer practice are going. That’s the reality.”
He says that during the season, he will go to Miami and FSU games. He’ll be at the first-week Miami vs. UF game in the Swamp.
Moore is ranked as the No. 19 wide receiver and the No. 183 prospect in the country by the industry-created 247Sports Composite Rankings.
