Holger Rune, The Viking, and Dominic Thieminho Thiem have both withdrawn from the ongoing UTS Oslo event due to illness.
Thiem will be replaced by 17-year-old Nicolai Budkov Kjaer, nicknamed “The Junior” – who will face Casper “The Ice Man” Ruud later on Saturday.
Unfortunately I am suffering from food poisoning today and despite all my efforts, I am just unable to step on court,” Thiem said.

Rune’s final match, against Alexander Bublik, has been cancelled, with The Bublik Enemy awarded a 3-0 walkover win.
In a statement on social media, Rune said: “Hi guys. I am really sorry I cannot continue my matches in Oslo. I have not been feeling well the last days and I will be unable to perform at a satisfying level tonight.
