West Bromwich Albion have added a fifth friendly fixture and a training camp to their pre-season schedule.
The Albion squad will step up their preparations for the 2023/24 Championship campaign with a five-day training camp at St George’s Park base near Burton.
They will also face Shrewsbury Town in a behind-closed-doors match at the start of their pre-season programme next month.
Carlos Corberan’s players will be put through their paces at St George’s Park – the home of England’s international teams – from Monday, July 10, to Friday, July 14.
The following day, Saturday, July 15, they will play Shrewsbury at the West Brom training ground (3pm kick-off).
As things stand, that game will kick things off ahead of friendlies previously announced against Burton Albion, Salford City, Cheltenham Town and Bolton Wanderers.
