It’s not awful that the Green Bay Packers are winning two of the three games.
They arrived here in Arlington for today’s playoff game against the Dallas Cowboys, crossing their fingers over the status of three important players due to injuries.
Jaire Alexander, a defensive defender, suffered an unusual ankle injury this week and was listed as 50/40 for the match. He is, nevertheless, amusing himself.
Playmaking wide receiver Christian Watson, who hasn’t played since December 3, was supposed to test his hamstring during the pregame workout at AT&T Stadium. Based on the results, it will be decided if Watson can play today. He’s in, too.
Additionally, Aaron Jones will once again be the main backfield player for the Green Bay Packers due to the dubious status of running back AJ Dillon. That is still the case.
Due to a medical condition, No. 2 quarterback Cooper Rush is the Cowboys’ main availability issue. If Rush were unable to play, Trey Lance, a third-string quarterback, would climb up the depth chart behind Dak Prescott.
