According to NBA insider Matt Moore of Action Network, Jerami Grant, Bojan Bogdanovic and Herb Jones are among the names the Sacramento Kings are expected to explore options for.
The Kings are looking to upgrade at the forward spot.
“After missing out on OG Anunoby and then Pascal Siakam, the Kings will continue to look for a forward upgrade. Jerami Grant, Bojan Bogdanovic, and Herb Jones are among the names they’re expected to explore options for,” Moore wrote in his latest NBA trade rumors column. “If the Sixers decide to get spicy and need a third team to move Tobias Harris to, the Kings could have interest.”
The Kings are 23-18 on the season. They are in seventh place in the Western Conference standings.
Grant is averaging 21.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.7 blocks for the Portland Trail Blazers this season while shooting 46.1% from the field, 40.9% from beyond the arc and 79.8% from the free-throw line. He’s making $27.6 million.
Bogdanovic is averaging 19.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.1 steals and 0.1 blocks for the Detroit Pistons while shooting 47.0% from the field, 40.8% from beyond the arc and 74.6% from the free-throw line. He’s making $20 million.
Finally, Jones is averaging 10.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.0 blocks for the New Orleans Pelicans while shooting 48.1% from the field, 37.8% from beyond the arc and 85.2% from the free-throw line. He’s making $12 million.
