Louisville Holds Steady in Fourth College Football Playoff Rankings of 2023
The Cardinals mounted another comeback, this time on the road against the Hurricanes, to remain at their same spot in the College Football Playoff Rankings.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Louisville football program might have mounted a come-from-behind win against Miami to secure their spot in the ACC Championship, but it didn’t alter placement in the most recent College Football Playoff rankings.
Like last week, the CFP selection committee thinks just slightly less of the Cardinals (10-1, 7-1 ACC) than the AP Top 25 and Coaches Poll this week, keeping Louisville at the No. 10 spot in their fourth rankings of 2023. The Cardinals came in at No. 9 in the AP and Coaches Polls this week for the second week in a row.
